1. SF6 High Voltage RMU-XGN12 Product Features:
—High Stablity of Sealed System:
XGN12 is a fully sealed system with all live components and switches enclosed within a high-strength stainless steel chamber, welded using a robotic Cold Metal Transfer (CMT) process. This ensures the switchgear is unaffected by external environmental conditions and maintains normal operation even under extreme conditions such as temporary water immersion.
—Advanced Interlocking Mechanism:
SF6 gas insulated switchgear is equipped with a comprehensive “five-prevention” interlocking device, which effectively eliminates the possibility of equipment operation faults due to human error.
—Reliable Pressure Relief Pathway:
In the event of an internal fault arc, the generated gases can rapidly increase the internal pressure of the chamber. The pressure relief pathway is designed to release this pressure, directing the airflow downwards or backwards, ensuring the personal safety of operating and maintenance personnel.
—High Reliability and Security:
All high-voltage live parts are sealed within a chamber insulated with SF6 gas, significantly enhancing insulation performance. The chamber is reliably grounded to prevent operators from coming into contact with live parts. The switchgear has a reliable arc discharge channel and has passed a 20kA/1s internal arc test. The cable chamber cover and switch status are interlocked with a reliable mechanical linkage.
—Mature Manufacturing Process:
XGN12 RMU SF6 utilizes a domestically leading robot automatic welding system. The encapsulated SF6 gas chamber is a sealed system with a service life exceeding 30 years and an annual leakage rate of ≤0.01%.
—Minimal Environmental Impact:
All high-voltage live parts are sealed within a stainless steel chamber with an IP67 protection rating, making it suitable for applications in environments with high humidity, high pollution, high salinity, and coastal areas.
