KYN28A Central High Voltage Switchgear “Five Anti-Interlocking” Function

(1) High voltage switchgear can prevent with load division, closing isolating switch (isolating handcart);

(2) Prevent mis-opening, closing circuit breakers, load switches, contactors (allowed indication);

(3) Prevent the grounding switch from closing the circuit breaker, load switch and other switches when the grounding switch is in the closed position;

(4) Prevent misfitting the ground switch when energized;

(5) Prevent straying into live compartments.

In addition to the above interlocking function, the following functional requirements are often set:

(1) The secondary aviation interlock and the second aviation interlock cannot be unplugged when the handcart is in the working position;

(2) Valve self-locking: the valve can not be opened “at will” under normal conditions, but the valve can be unlocked by the hand car when it is shaken from the test position to the working position;

(3) Circuit breaker room door lock: when the hand car is in the working position, the circuit breaker room door cannot be opened.

The product cabinet is made of imported high-quality aluminum-zinc clad steel plate, processed and assembled by precision CNC machine tool using multiple bending process, avoiding welding stress deformation of welded cabinet, and effectively ensuring the overall size of the switch cabinet is unified and beautiful;

The whole switchgear cabinet is composed of two parts: a fixed cabinet body and a removable part (referred to as a handcar). The shell of the cabinet body and the metal partition of each functional unit are connected by high-strength bolts.

The protection level of the high voltage switchgear enclosure can reach IP4X, and the protection level of the circuit breaker room when the door is opened can reach IP2X.

The hand car, grounding switch and cabinet door have reliable mechanical interlock, flexible and safe operation.
