About GGD/GGJ Fixed Switchgear Low Voltage Cabinet
GGD/GGJ fixed switchgear can be widely used in power plants, substations, factories and mining enterprises and other power users.
GGD/GGJ switch cabinet is used in power distribution systems with AC 50Hz, rated voltage 400V and rated current up to 2500A for power conversion, distribution and control of power, lighting and distribution equipment as well as reactive power compensation.
GGD/GGJ fixed switchgear structure:
(1) The frame of the cabinet is partially welded and assembled with 8MF cold-formed steel. The cabinet is designed according to 20mm modular mounting holes, and the general coefficient is high. The 1000 and 1200 wide cabinets are of asymmetric double door construction, and the 600 and 800 wide cabinets are of whole door construction. The rear of the cabinet adopts a symmetrical double-door structure.
(2) The revolving shaft movement of the fixed switchgear door is easier to connect the chain with the frame, install and disassemble. The folding edge of the door is embedded with rubber plastic strips, which can prevent the door from directly colliding with the cabinet and improve the protection level of the switch cabinet.
GGD/GGJ fixed switchgear structure advantages:
(1) The upper and lower ends of the cabinet have a different number of heat dissipation slots, so that the sealed cabinet forms a natural air duct from the bottom up to solve the heat dissipation problem of the switch cabinet.
(2) The fixed switchgear body is sprayed with electrostatic powder, and the adhesion is strong. The installation parts in the cabinet are galvanized and passivated, which improves the performance of “three defenses”.
GGD/GGJ fixed switchgear other advantages:
(1) The instrument door equipped with electrical components and the mounting parts in the cabinet form a complete grounding protection circuit with the cabinet frame to ensure grounding continuity.
(2) The main busbar is arranged in the upper part of the cabinet, and AMJ1 type busbar clip is cast with high-strength unsaturated resin DMC and SMC material, with high mechanical strength and insulation strength. The top cover of the fixed switchgear can be removed to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site.
(3) There are upper, lower side and rear cabinet inlet ways to meet the needs of different inlet lines in various projects, and holes can also be opened according to user needs.
