About GCS Drawout Low Voltage Switch Cabinet
GCS is suitable for power plant, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, high-rise building and other industries. In large power plants, petrochemical systems and other places with a high degree of automation and requiring computer interface, As a three-phase AC frequency of 50 (60) HZ, rated operating voltage of 380, (400, 660) volts, rated current of 4000A and below in the power supply system of power distribution, motor centralized control, reactive power compensation for the use of low-voltage complete sets of power distribution devices.
GCS Switch Cabinet Frame Features:
(1) The frame of the switch cabinet adopts the technology of aluminum-zinc clad steel plate with double flanged edges. The module holes are arranged at intervals of 25mm (K profile) on the frame. The frame assembly is convenient and strong. The entire frame is precisely connected by horizontal and longitudinal bolts, and the frame structure is maintenance-free.
(2) The enclosure of the switch cabinet is covered with electroplating and powder coating.
GCS Switch Cabinet Drawer Features:
(1) Drawer type structure, up to 36 circuits can be assembled, economical and reliable, saving field space. The three-position conversion of the drawer circuit can be realized without reducing the level of protection.
(2) Drawer removable parts position positioning, can match sound, light, word three kinds of indication. The drawer door panel and switch have mechanical interlocking mechanism, when the switch is in the closing position, the drawer assembly door cannot be opened.

(1) The horizontal busbar area cover can be removed to facilitate on-site busbar installation. The main bus system installed on the top of the switch cabinet is completely isolated from the functional unit outlet, cable area and secondary line transverse wiring area, ensuring that the bus and the operation and maintenance personnel have sufficient safety distance.
