Overview
Gas Insulated Ring Main Unit HXGN-12 Series , uses green and environmentally friendly gas as the insulating medium, avoiding the use of greenhouse gas SF6 in switchgear. At the same time, it avoids the use of non-degradable thermosetting materials in the product, so as to minimize the impact of the product on the environment throughout its life cycle.
This 12KV switchgear is a functional unit with high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers and three-position isolating grounding switches. It is connected with extended busbars and sealed in a stainless steel box filled with environmentally friendly gas. It is suitable for various environments, especially humid, sandy, dusty urban areas and industrial areas with dense buildings. The vacuum circuit breaker is used with a protective relay for transformer protection and can be equipped with electric operation for functions like telemetry, telesignaling, and remote control.

The use of eco-friendly gases as insulating mediums ensures that our high voltage switchgear has a minimal global warming potential (GWP) of 0, aligning with global sustainability goals.
—High reliability/High security:
All high-voltage live parts are sealed in a gas chamber with environmentally friendly gas as the insulating medium. The gas box is reliably grounded to ensure that operators will not touch high-voltage live parts; the state of the insulating medium can be monitored and adjusted on site; the switch has a reliable arc discharge channel and has passed the 20 kA/1s internal arc test; the cable room cover and the switch state have a reliable mechanical interlock.
—Technical Excellence:
In order to ensure reliable welding, a domestically leading robot automatic welding system is used. The encapsulated environmentally friendly gas chamber is a sealed system with a service life of more than 30 years. The annual leakage rate is no more than 0.01%.
—Low environmental impact:
All high-voltage live parts are located in a stainless steel air chamber with a protection grade of IP67, and can be installed in places such as humid, sandy, dusty, salt-polluted, and box-type substations.
