DW15 Universal ACB Breaker Working Principle of Overcurrent Release
① The working principle of electromagnetic release device.
It consists of an iron core and a four-link labor-saving mechanism. The bus passes through the iron core, and the circuit breaker is turned off by the trip shaft driven by the clapper armature action (there is a sign on the instantaneous trip device, and the user can adjust the current value by himself).
② The working principle of the thermal magnetic release device.
The thermal long-delay release device is composed of the original electromagnetic release device equipped with a current transformer 7 and a bimetal sheet thermal relay 1. The connecting wires and non-magnetic gaskets 8 between the current transformer and the thermal relay are adjusted by the factory, and users are not allowed to replace them at will, so as not to affect the protection characteristics.

① DW15 universal ACB undervoltage transient trip device
The undervoltage instantaneous release device is composed of a clapping electromagnet and a reaction spring. The reaction characteristic is achieved by adjusting the reaction spring through a screw. The undervoltage release device is energized for a long time.
② DW15 universal ACB undervoltage delay release
The undervoltage delay tripping device is composed of an undervoltage instantaneous tripping device and an electronic delay circuit, and the working principle is the same as the undervoltage delay part of the electronic tripping device, which is provided to the user as a separate component.

Shunt release is also a patch-type electromagnet, the reaction characteristic is adjusted by the elastic copper sheet in the armature, the shunt coil is a short-time working system, and its working gap is 5mm~7mm(maximum opening distance).
