CJX2 AC Contactor Function:
It is mainly used to switch the load of low inductance, micro inductance or resistance furnace and control the frequent start and stop, long-distance on-off of winding AC motor.
CJX2 AC Contactor Application Characteristics:
4-pole AC contactors in many applications, can replace two 3-pole AC contactors to be applied, the role is equivalent to the intermediate relay, but the current can be much larger than the relay. For example, on a crane, it can be used to switch the rotor resistance of two synchronous winding motors, where two sets of contacts are used for one motor and the other two sets of contacts are used for the other motor.
The advantages of this application are as follows :
1. It can ensure that the starting time of the two motors can be accurately synchronized, prevent the non-synchronization when controlled by two 3-pole contactors, and avoid the possibility of only one motor working separately due to the failure of one contactor.
